This blueberry peanut butter overnight oats recipe from our meal planning app is great for having a balanced breakfast while on a tight schedule. You can make it the night before, so that all you need to do is grab it from the fridge in the morning.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions:
- In an airtight container, combine oats, milk, honey, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Add to bowls and top with granola, peanut butter, and blueberries.
Makes 2 servings. Enjoy!
