You have the flexibility to customize and build your menus! Your assigned dietitian can view or create your customized diet needs, recipes, and more!  

Convenience: Shopping list & Built-in Recipes

A time saver bonus!  A shopping list is available for the selected time frame, with options to add in your own inventory.   Each day contains the recipe, which can be view on the app or printed out.  The majority of the recipes are just $2/person.  With the option to select the foods you dislike and select your favorites, the ultimate menu can be created.
