Oven Fries with Fresh Rosemary

These oven fries are super simple! With just four ingredients, this healthier version of french fries is the perfect addition to a meal. Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, cut into 1/4″ strips
  • 2 Tbs garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 Tbs rosemary, dried
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut potatoes.

Make

  1. Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary, and salt.
  2. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until edges are browned, tossing once while cooking.
