Mental health is as important as physical health when it comes to leading a full and happy life. We recognize the need for mental health services within the communities we serve. That’s why Anderson’s Nutrition now offers mental health counseling through certified counselors. We offer in person appointments in our Downingtown, Pennsylvania office and nationwide by telehealth on our HIPAA-compliant, easy to use platform.

Types of Therapies Offered
Psychodynamic Therapy: We’ll gently explore the deeper roots of your present experiences, understanding how past relationships and unconscious patterns might be influencing your current feelings and behaviors. This insight can bring profound relief and clarity.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): For tangible shifts, we’ll equip you with practical tools to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. This empowers you to make conscious choices that align with your values.
Attachment Repair: Many of our challenges stem from early relational experiences. We’ll work together to identify and heal attachment wounds, creating a more secure internal foundation that allows for healthier connections and a greater sense of belonging. Through a consistent, empathetic, and attuned relational style, we offer a secure and consistent relational “home” to explore and re-pattern early attachment experiences.
Somatic Awareness: Our bodies hold wisdom and often the unspoken stories of our experiences. We’ll explore the connection between your mind and body, learning to tune into physical sensations to release tension, process emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and calm.
