- 1 1/2 heads cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, cumin, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp.
