Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 scoop of protein powder, whey or plant based
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for at least 45 seconds, starting low and moving to high until fully smooth. Add additional water, if needed. Store any leftovers fully covered in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
