Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add oats, Greek yogurt, and milk into a medium-sized jar or container of choice. Mix well to combine.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- If desired, lightly toast the coconut flakes. Once ready to serve, top with honey, flax, sliced banana, and shredded coconut.
