BLT Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 6 sliced of thick-cut bacon, cooked
  • pepper to taste

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil mayo
  • 4 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook bacon to package directions.
  2. Chop all salad ingredients and put in large bowl.
  3. Whisk all dressing ingredients and pour on top of salad and mix together.
