Ingredients
- 1/2 head of lettuce, chopped
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 6 sliced of thick-cut bacon, cooked
- pepper to taste
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of avocado oil mayo
- 4 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook bacon to package directions.
- Chop all salad ingredients and put in large bowl.
- Whisk all dressing ingredients and pour on top of salad and mix together.
