Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Peel and slice bananas. Place into freezer container and freeze overnight.
  2. Add frozen banana slices to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  3. add cocoa powder and blend again until smooth.

  1. On these recipes it dose not say what a serving size is. I am diabetic so I also need a carb count

      Unfortunately, you are right. For serving size, you could make the recipe and if it says “2 servings”, just divide it into two. Hope that helps!
