Quinoa Fish Taco Bowl

This quinoa fish taco bowl is delicious and packed with a variety of nutrients. You can tell just by looking at it! Ingredients

  • 2 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 4 cup flaked white fish
  • 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 4 lime
  • 2 avocado, sliced
  • 8 radishes, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep

  1. Cook quinoa.
  2. Chop red cabbage and radishes. Chop grape tomatoes in half. Slice avocados.

Make

  1. Place 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in a bowl. Top with 1 cup flaked fish. Do for 4 bowls.
  2. Add toppings and drizzle everything with a generous amount squeeze of lime juice.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
