What to expect

This weight loss program is highly successful because it combines guided education sessions by nutrition experts with personal accountability. Registered Dietitians who are coaching you throughout the program will create a hands-on approach to weight loss and the motivation to stay fit.

This unparalleled program puts you in the driver’s seat to explore and create your own wellness journey. The coaching is paired with 12 simple, yet powerful fixes in order to maximize your weight loss potential. Each week, with the help of your coach, you will explore wellness or a health “fix” and see where REALISTIC changes can be made in your life. You will receive an accountability book to keep you motivated and energized so you can stay on track.

These coaches have been working with people for over a decade to assist in achieving weight loss goals and have yielded phenomenal results. Our team members have additional training in weight management and hold certifications from the CDR for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. They are compassionate and understanding of each individual’s needs and fully equipped to cater to all body types. We take pride in a 98% satisfaction rate and have worked with over 1,000 clients.

How it Works

Our team of Registered Dietitians is here to support you in reaching your personal health goals. We will design a weight loss program to fit YOUR needs, using the perfect combination of education and coaching. Together, we will determine your wellness vision and set short and long-term goals so that you have a clear course on how to make permanent lifestyle changes.


Each week contains a “fix”: an area of opportunity to be examined with your coach that leads to a healthier life and aids in weight loss.

You will be assigned a coach that will provide guidance to your unique lifestyle and eating habits. An interactive meal planner is also included so you can be in charge of your food. Each week, a menu template is available for customization and you will have instant access to over 1,000 recipes. Weekly weigh-ins are encouraged, but optional. Your coach will be in contact with you weekly and available for questions and insight throughout the program.

Everyone holds the power to make better choices. This potential can be tapped and maximized with awesome accountability tools. The program consists of a hard copy of a 12-week accountability book.  Keep track of personal successes, gratitude, exercise, thoughts, and more. You will also be invited to a Facebook group that is only for clients enrolled in our programs.  This group will provide you with tips, the ability to interact with others, and more. BONUS! You can stay in the group even after the program ends for continuous support.


Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

Meet Your Coach

Britney Giles RDN. Britney believes healthy weight loss nutrition is not based on restriction. Instead, she knows that nutrition involves fueling your body well, taking a non-diet approach by listening to hunger/fullness cues, and improving your relationship with food and the body. She values a simple approach to healthy eating by helping clients to find self-motivation and make small changes to lose weight.
