Meet Christina, your registered dietitian nutritionist located in Pennsylvania. Her passion is helping clients develop a meal plan and provide strategies to meet their nutrition goals.
Christina graduated from Messiah College with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2004. She completed her dietetic internship as well as an M.A. in Nutrition Education at Immaculata University, where she also taught 2 semesters as an adjunct professor. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). As a nutrition expert, she teaches what “everything in moderation” means and why “dieting” is not a way of life. She uses her experience and knowledge to develop an individualized plan to help you reach your nutrition goals.

With over 15 years of experience, Christina enjoys working with all types of people. “It feels good to help clients learn to eat healthier and manage their diseases.” She enjoys giving individualized counseling in order to assist clients with specific goals and challenges.
“Being able to provide virtual counseling has allowed clients to show me their cabinets and refrigerators as well as show products they eat often. It has also provided more flexibility for them to be seen when it fits into their schedule.”

Why is Christina a registered dietitian nutritionist?
Christina shadowed a registered dietitian as a senior in high school and fell in love with the field. She has always been amazed by how what you eat affects how you feel. She has worked as a college professor, community dietitian, hospital dietitian, outpatient dietitian, in an eating disorder clinic, as well as a rehab hospital. Christina believes change starts with small steps and setting attainable goals.

What else should you know about Christina?
Christina is proud to be a stage 3 breast cancer survivor. “Being a patient, myself has given me the unique opportunity to walk in my patient’s shoes. I understand what it feels like to be sick and how proper nutrition can affect how you feel”. Christina and her husband have an active family, including 3 young children and 2 dogs. When Christina is not running her kids to various sporting events she enjoys gardening and trying new recipes.
