Our expert Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) create customized, science-based weight loss plans that really work. At least two sessions per month with an RDN can lead to sustainable weight loss, and as little as one session per month can help with maintenance. We take insurance and are in-network with most major insurance companies!

RDNs are the acknowledged experts in the field of nutrition, and are credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Many of the RDNs on our team also have Master’s Degrees and other advanced certifications.

Meanwhile our program is based on eating real food and designed to deliver results that last. Each custom plan factors in your age, likes/dislikes, personal challenges, medical concerns, and overall wellness goals.

Meet with your dietitian for one-on-one sessions either in person at one of our offices, or virtually using our HIPAA-compliant platform. Your dietitian will work with you to create a wellness map and set goals, and then support and guide you throughout your weightloss journey.

Results

Our clients typically see weight loss of one to two pounds per week. You may be tempted to lose weight faster, but studies show that gradual weight loss produces results that last.

Education

Virtual Grocery Store Tour

You have the option to use a session to take us to the store with you! Get all of your questions answered, discover the food (and beverages) we love, and learn what terms like GMO, organic, low fat and more really mean.

Behavior Change Coaching and Counseling

Changing behavior can be hard! That is why our dietitians are trained in behavior-change coaching, to help you identify barriers and create realistic strategies. You will be empowered to face your challenges head-on and given the tools and support you need to reach your weight loss goals.

Tools and Resources

Diet Analysis

Our robust tracking program allows us to analyze your diet. We figure out what’s working and what’s not, and identify key nutrients you may be missing. Not a fan of tracking? No problem! This tool is recommended, but optional.

Meal Planning

Getting meals on the table requires planning, and planning requires time! Our online meal planning tool simplifies the process. Get menus for each week that are customized to suit your food preferences, intolerances, dietary restrictions, macro goals (set by your RDN), and cooking capabilities. Our robust system is easy to use and even fun! Create a shopping list with the click of a button, or send that list to Instacart for delivery.

Exercise Program

Meet in person or virtually with a Certified Personal Trainer who will create a personalized plan for you. Your plan will factor in your goals, fitness level, time constraints or other obstacles, where you plan to work out (at home, at the gym, outside) and more. Your trainer then uploads your plan into an app with video demos and easy-to-follow instructions. Meanwhile your trainer is available to answer questions and provide support and motivation. Accountability

Our RDNs are here for you! Accountability is a powerful tool, and our dietitians know how to keep you on track. Whether you meet with them in person or online, you will appreciate their warmth, compassion and support. Knowing you have an expert guide on your weight loss journey will keep you from feeling overwhelmed.

When you sign up for one of our programs, you have access to your dietitian by text or email between sessions for questions, a dose of tough love, or a pep talk. They can also work in coordination with your healthcare team as needed (primary care providers, specialists, and mental health providers.)

Most insurance companies will cover nutrition counseling, and often the coverage is at 100%. Additional tools such as the meal planner, fitness app, and tracking app are not covered by insurance but are FSA and HSA eligible.

Not ready to commit to a program? You can purchase our tools a la carte, or book individual nutrition counseling sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

Nutrition counseling consists of meeting your dietitian one-on-one, receiving a diet prescription, making a plan to achieve your goals, and meeting regularly for accountability, education, and support. For weight loss, regular sessions with your dietitian are recommended.

Most insurance companies will cover nutrition counseling, and often the coverage is at 100%. Click this link to learn how to check your insurance benefits.

If sessions are not covered by insurance, you can pay as you go. The one-hour initial session is $160; 30-minute follow up sessions are $90.

12- Week Weight Loss Program

For the last 20 years, I have done a number of weight loss programs costing me thousands and thousands of dollars (Weight Watchers, HCG regimen, Medifast, and even a faith-based program only to lose and gain those same 100 plus pounds, over and over again. I was at the point where I found myself just 5 pounds away from being my highest weight. I knew I needed to lose weight but just couldn’t go through another extreme weight loss program or eat prepackaged foods again. At this point, I was discouraged and had no game plan.

I knew I needed the help of a professional, so I did a Google search for a registered dietitian in my area and came across Anderson’s Nutrition. As a Christmas/birthday gift to myself, I bought their 12-week program. My dietitian was such a godsend to me. She never judged me. When I felt overwhelmed, she encouraged me to take small steps and that those small steps would add up and make a difference.

Anderson’s Nutrition helped me worked through my issues of emotional eating. She worked with me in setting short-term and long-term goals. She was a wonderful resource of information on substituting unhealthy foods with healthier options. And, most importantly, she made me believe I was capable of permanent success. The biggest benefit I have received from being on this program is breaking my sugar addiction and eliminating my cravings for sweets.

This program has taught me that I don’t have to starve myself or eat prepackaged foods to lose weight. I can lose weight eating real food that is satisfying and gets me through the day. In fact, one of the first things I noticed was that when eating a healthy breakfast I was able to make it to lunch without feeling famished. I am so thankful that I met my dietitian and what I was able to accomplish while working with her. Those 12 weeks gave me the tools I need to continue my journey to reach the goal.
