Let your registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) help you optimize your nutrition to feel more energized, manage disease, or prevent future health complications.

“I did my biometric screening and all my results were vastly improved. I have a health age of only 23!”

– 35-year old male

“I learned about my nutritional needs, changed my eating habits, tried new things, and overall changed my relationship with food without feeling deprived.”

Did you know?

About 1 in every 2 men are diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. What a startling statistic. However, you can prevent many cancers with proper nutrition and lifestyle habits. 1 in every 3 adult men have hypertension and/or high cholesterol, and about the same amount are at a BMI classification as “obese”. The leading causes of death for men are heart disease and cancer, both of which can be preventable.

Beating these odds is completely possible. Taking control of your health starts with what you put in your mouth. Along with other factors, nutrition has a direct effect on cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, and disease risk.

“Man” up! It’s time to get started with a nutrition expert so that you can become your best self and reach your potential.

Would you rate your health as fair or poor?

Do you have a family history of heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, or cancer?

Do you feel like there are a few changes you should be making in your nutrition lifestyle?

Has your doctor indicated that you may have abnormal labs, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or elevated blood glucose?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, we will provide a unique nutritional assessment going through medical history, concerns, and create a personalized plan that works for you.
