She also aims to provide the knowledge and tools they need to make informed, meaningful choices.
How does Jessica stay healthy?
For Jessica, being healthy means finding balance and enjoying a wide variety of foods. She believes there is room for everything, including dessert after dinner. Her approach to nutrition includes incorporating a variety of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and proteins into meals and snacks. She believes foods are best enjoyed when paired together. This helps create satisfying and balanced meals.
Jessica also enjoys experimenting with new ingredients and often finds inspiration on social media for her next meal. She believes that balance and consistency are key to a healthy lifestyle. She is also a strong advocate for movement as an important part of a healthy lifestyle. She believes movement should be something you enjoy rather than something that feels like a chore. Whether it’s trying a new activity or simply finding ways to move throughout the day, she encourages making movement a natural and enjoyable part of your routine.
