Lindsay’s Ideal Client

Lindsay enjoys working with individuals who are curious about how nutrition plays a critical role
in their well-being and are motivated to take the first step toward sustainable healthy living.
With over 200 food-related decisions made each day, nutrition choices and habits are essential
to a path of health. Lindsay will lead a thoughtful dialog that shapes your habits, and ultimately, creates a plan tailored to where you are right now. She likes to work with people who can embrace the little wins as they often lead to big victories.

Why is Lindsay a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist?

Lindsay was a multi-sport athlete in high school, however, she received little to no nutrition education. As a result, she began observing how different meals impacted her athletic performance. Additionally, through volunteering at a local food pantry managed by her mother, she was exposed to the vital support the community needed. Consequently, this experience highlighted the types of foods provided and the challenges many face in maintaining consistent access to fresh, whole foods. The intersection of these experiences catalyzed an interest in nutrition. She strives to show individuals their full potential with lasting lifestyle changes.
