Get Started Level 2: Build Momentum, Strengthen Your Foundation

Get Started Level 2 is the next phase of your fitness journey. Designed for those who’ve completed Level 1 or already have a basic foundation of movement and want to continue getting stronger—without jumping into anything high-impact or intimidating.

This program adds a bit more challenge, helping you build muscular endurance, improve balance, and increase energy while still honoring a low-impact approach.

You’ll move with more purpose, feel stronger, and continue to rebuild your confidence in your body.

What’s Included

This one-month program continues the momentum of Level 1 with slightly longer and more challenging workouts that remain approachable, supportive, and structured for real-life schedules.

Strength-Focused Workouts

30–40 minute sessions that include more complex movement patterns to build strength, tone, and endurance—without sacrificing form or function.

Balance and Core Work
Added focus on balance, posture, and core strength to help you move through daily life with more ease and stability.

Guided Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs
Each workout includes dynamic warm-ups and intentional recovery sessions to support injury prevention and muscle repair.

Low-Impact
Movements remain low-impact but are slightly more demanding to continue your progress without overloading your body.

Our NASM certified personal trainer develops all of the workouts in this program. These workouts are available at your fingertips 24/7. Each exercise includes both written directions, along with a short video to demonstrate the proper form. These workouts are focus on a wide range of muscles and aspects of your fitness, such as flexibility, balance, and core strength.

  1. You will receive an invitation email
  2. Download the TrueCoach Application then sign into your account
  3. Follow the daily workout routine
  4. Track your progress each week
  5. Finish the month feeling more confident in your ability to stay active, while having the option to continue your journey!
