Our company, Anderson’s Nutrition LLC, was founded back in 2007 with the mission of bringing affordable nutrition education, tools, and counseling to the community. Traditionally, nutrition education and support were only available in the hospital after a medical event like a heart attack. Patients were given diet instructions and sent home. These instructions were not customized to the individual and often left the patient with lots of questions. Once discharged, it was hard to get the support they needed to change their lifestyle.
Anderson’s Nutrition was founded on the premise that proper nutrition can lead to better health outcomes, which benefits the individual, their family, and the community. We use the latest research, philosophies, and over a decade of experience to create a customized roadmap for each person, which leads to results that last. Above all, we make the education process enjoyable and fun.
We are dedicated to preventing, decreasing risk, and managing the
diseases and conditions that are in our communities.
Our Founder
Our founder, Nicole (Anderson) Goodrich, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who was born in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2017, she and her family moved to Chester County, Pennsylvania to plant their roots.
Nicole’s love of science began in childhood. Her grandfather, Dr. George Anderson MD, would always talk about the body and how things work. Nicole hoped to follow in his footsteps and become a doctor. Then in her teen years, Nicole’s brother was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. While learning how to help care for him, she became fascinated by how the foods we eat impact our bodies, both negatively and positively. In college, she committed herself to becoming a Registered Dietitian.
Nicole’s dedication to helping others stems from her childhood upbringing, and continues to flourish. She still manages the Anderson’s Nutrition offices in her beloved Arizona, flying “home” frequently. Meanwhile, she and her husband and two young children continue to thrive in her adopted state of Pennsylvania.
