Tara was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. She initially got a master’s degree in
communication studies and had a career in advertising. Due to her love for nutrition and
health, she went back to college where she graduated with degrees in Dietetics and
Nutrition and Health from Kansas State University.

Tara is passionate about helping clients meet their goals and living their healthiest and
happiest lives.

Tara’s Ideal Client

Tara enjoys working with clients who are open-minded and likes to take a holistic approach to health.

Nutrition and health look different for everyone and she wants to work collaboratively with clients to
achieve their personal goals.

Why is Tara a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist?

Tara was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at 19 and was never exposed to nutrition
support. After struggling to navigate dietary changes on her own throughout the years,
she wanted to help others and provide the support and guidance she didn’t have. Once
she had her son and he was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, she became even
more passionate about nutrition and went back to school to change careers and
become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Get Moving Review

I believe it is important for clients to give themselves
grace throughout the process and celebrate every step, because meeting even the
smallest goal marks significant change.
