Stefania’s Ideal Client

Stefania appreciates clients who are willing to take a step back and look at their health as more than just nutrition. During our sessions, we focus on building healthy habits, in multiple areas of their lives, one at a time to create a sustainable and realistic lifestyle.

She is very knowledgeable and recommends products to me that both myself and family enjoy on a daily basis. She has had such a positive impact on my life this far so I am really looking forward to seeing what results I see as I further adapt this clean lifestyle that she has coached me on.

Why is Stefania a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist?

Growing up, I was an athlete who played soccer, basketball and softball. When I stopped playing sports, I noticed my nutrition was lacking. I started doing my own research and became consumed with learning everything about how food affects our bodies.

When Nutrition became my major, I knew that this is the path my career was supposed to take. It brings me joy watching my clients change their habits to live healthier lives.

With everything that life throws at you, I don’t want eating to be an additional stressor. Eating should not be a chore, it should be simple and easy.

How does Stefania stay healthy?

I like to think of my lifestyle as an 80%/20%. No food is “off the table” so this gives me to enjoy all foods in moderation-my favorite food is french fries! I work out about 4-5x/week- taking barre and going on walks in the fresh air with her dog Daisy!
