Claire grew up in the West Chester area and went to West Chester University and received her bachelors and master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics as well as completed an over 1000 hour dietetic internship through WCU. She did many of her rotations at Chester County Hospital, food pantries, dialysis centers, and long-term care facilities. Claire discovered her professional passion as a registered dietitian in outpatient nutrition counseling, where the patient-centered approach and emphasis on building meaningful, long-term relationships consistently supported sustainable improvements in patient outcomes.

Why is Claire a registered dietitian nutritionist?
Claire knew she wanted to work in healthcare but wasn’t sure which path was right for her. Her interest became clear after conversations with a neighbor who worked as a registered dietitian and shared how meaningful it was to help others improve their health through nutrition. Combined with a lifelong interest in health and wellness—and inspiration from her grandfather, a pediatrician—Claire found a career that aligned with both her values and passions.
I want individuals to learn that food can be fun and enjoyable!
How does Claire stay healthy?
Claire loves cooking new healthy recipes that she finds on Pinterest or other social media for her and her family like pasta dishes, salad bowls, smoothies, and desserts! For physical activity, Claire and her husband go biking and hiking every chance they get on days off around state parks and trails. Claire also loves free YouTube workouts and yoga to do at home!
What else should you know about Claire?
Loves traveling as much as she can, cooking, being in nature as much as possible, children (has been a nanny/babysitter since she was 14) and her family has 5 dogs!
