Get Started Level 1: Rediscover Your Strength and Move with Confidence
We specifically designed this program for those ready to take control of their health, strength and well-being with the focus on functional fitness. So even if you’ve been inactive for a while and want to get back into fitness without overwhelming your body, then it is time to Get Started!
This program focuses on helping you move gracefully, by building strength, and gain energy, in order to avoid the stress of high-impact or intense workouts.
This is a gentle, one-month program to help you ease back into an active lifestyle and begin to move with confidence!
What’s Included
Our Get Started Level 1 program is designed to be self-sufficient while providing you with all the resources necessary for your fitness refresh.
- Daily Workouts
- The workouts usually take about 30 minutes, are easy to follow, and help you gradually reintroduce activity into your routine.
- Guided Warm-Ups and Cool-Downs:
- Every session includes stretches and mobility exercises to prevent injury and promote recovery.
- Low-Impact Exercises
- Each exercise focuses on movements that are gentle on your joints, while still helping you regain strength and endurance.
- Progressive Structure
- Each week builds on the previous one to help you see steady improvement.
- Support and Motivation:
- Find tips for building consistency while staying motivated throughout the month.

Our NASM certified personal trainer develops all of the workouts in this program. These workouts are available at your fingertips 24/7. Each exercise includes both written directions, along with a short video to demonstrate the proper form. These workouts are focus on a wide range of muscles and aspects of your fitness, such as flexibility, balance, and core strength.
