Why is Stefania a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist?

Growing up, Stefania was an athlete who played soccer, basketball and softball. When she stopped playing sports, she noticed her nutrition was lacking. She started doing her own research and became consumed with learning everything about how food affects our bodies.  

When Nutrition became her major, she knew that this is the path her career was supposed to take. It brings her joy watching her clients change their habits to live healthier lives. 

With everything that life throws at you, I don’t want eating to be an additional stressor. Eating should not be a chore, it should be simple and easy.

How does Stefania stay healthy?

Stefania likes to think of her lifestyle as an 80% / 20%. No food is “off the table” so this gives her the ability to enjoy all foods in moderation- her favorite food is french fries! She works out about 4-5x a week- taking barre and going on walks in the fresh air with her dog Daisy! 

What else should you know about Stefania?

Stefania grew up in the Philadelphia area and has lived here her entire life! She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Penn State University and her Master’s Degree at Immaculata University, along with her dietetic internship. She is a huge Philly sports fan and loves a good cup of Wawa coffee!
