By delivering antioxidants, micronutrients, and fiber, all of which support a healthy immune system. It makes a great breakfast, or a tasty treat any time of day!


ANTIOXIDANTS help to protect our cells from free radicals. Free radicals are produced when your body breaks down food, or when you are exposed to things like tobacco smoke or radiation. Free radicals may play a role in heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. Antioxidants fight them!

MICRONUTRIENTS such as vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium help the body to support our immune system. They are crucial for preventing and fighting certain diseases.

FIBER feeds our gut microbiome, which studies show provides immune system support. Not to mention that fiber also promotes good digestion and provides energy.


Ingredients

For the smoothie bowl base:

  • 1 packet Sambazon pure unsweetened acai – find them by clicking here
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Splash of milk of choice

    For toppings:
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Add the packet of unsweetened acai and 1/2 banana to blender with a splash of milk. Blend until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie base into a bowl. Garnish with sliced 1/2 banana, berries, granola, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
