Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse to blend. If desired, add more salt to taste.
