Health and Wellness Coaching is an effective way to facilitate the change that you want. When working with a coach you will be asked to describe the best version of wellness that you envision for yourself. Coaching is a tool that helps you navigate lasting lifestyle changes. All of Anderson’s Nutrition coaches are certified as a coaching professional. Our coaches specialize in behavior change. All coaches have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an area related to wellness.

Anderson’s Nutrition has health coaches that are trained in behavior change to provide our clients with realistic and long-lasting results.
Small changes lead to big results
Our approach is simple: small changes equal BIG results. By taking one step at a time and focusing on the why and how’s, you can reach your goals and implement habits. We are very passionate about working with individuals to help them achieve their dreams. We have various levels of education and resources for each client because we cater to each client’s needs.
Health Coaching Programs
Get started on your healthy journey with one of our monthly coaching packages. You will design your wellness vision and leave each session with a roadmap on what to do. Celebrate your successes with your coach and feel accomplished!
One-Month Coaching Program
This is a 4-week program for a total of 4 sessions with your coach. If you feel you need a jumpstart to your wellness, this is a plan to get you on the road and running. Design your plan, get started on your journey, and work through any hiccups with your coach.
Three-Month Coaching Program
Get a full 3-month plan and support along that entire journey. This plan is designed to give you the accountability and support you need over a 12 week span. Meet virtually for 8 visits over a 90 day period.
Six-Month Coaching Program
Ready for the ultimate commitment? Six months of wellness coaching is designed to assist you in working through your nutrition, movement, stress management, and more! Work with your coach for 14 sessions over 180 days. These are virtual visits.
Love to have ongoing check-ins for accountability and talk through the seasonal changes? You can continue on for a monthly fee of $99 per month for two sessions each month once you have completed at least 1 month of coaching.
How it works
Anderson’s Nutrition has exceptional coaches that are trained in behavior management to provide our clients with realistic and long-lasting results. For clients who are looking to improve their current lifestyle, we focus on nutrition, because it plays an 80% role in healthy living. We also put a huge focus on motivation and support. From there we provide education and resources to improve your overall health and well-being.
Your first session is an hour-long where we will work together on designing your long-term road-map. Creating long and short goals to help you achieve your wellness vision. For the first month of the program, you will meet weekly with your coach via a HIPAA compliant platform. Each session will build upon the previous one.
To get started simply use our online scheduler to select the program and coach you want to work with.
Appointment Type–> Select Health Coaching 1-Month, Health Coaching 3-Month, or Health Coaching 6-Month. Then follow the prompts from there. Andi Coffee MS, CHWC
Andi received her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University. She advanced her education by obtaining her graduate degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Andi has been a Health and Wellness Coach for over 8 years. Andi’s certifications include Certified Tobacco Interventionist, Behavioral Coaching, Therapeutic Lifestyle Change, Weight Loss Specialist, and WellCoaches. She is currently in an internship to earn her license as a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Andi loves empowering clients to take control of their health.
Nicole Goodrich MS, RDN, CHWC
Nicole has been working as a dietitian and health coach for over a decade. She received her coaching training through Well Coaches, Inc and is a registered dietitian nutritionist. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition. Her clients find success by working with them on small and realistic changes that lead to fantastic results.
Karen Helzner RDN, LDN, ACHC
Karen Helzner is a seasoned Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach. Her ultimate goal is to motivate and inspire her clients to not only look at the desired physical changes, but more importantly, to persevere through their personal challenges and reap the rewards of increased self-awareness, confidence, and overall enhanced quality of life. Her drive is to touch as many lives as possible through the science of sound nutrition and optimal physical fitness.
